Tzaziki
Method:
1. Place cucumber, yoghurt, mint, parsley, garlig and black pepper to taste in a bowl and mix to combine. Cover and refridgerate for at least 1 hour until required.
2. To serve, accompany Tzatxiki with broken or sliced bread for dipping.
Note:
This easy dip makes a refreshing start to a meal and is also delicious served with raw vegetables.

Ingredients:
1 large cucumber, peeled and grated
500 g natural yoghurt (käytin turkkilaista jogurttia)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlig, crushed
freshly ground black pepper
2 French breadsticks (en käyttänyt)
