Method
1. Heat butter and oil together in a large pan. Fry potatoes until tender and browned on both sides. Drain on kitchen paper. Place on seving platter and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley.

3 tbsp olive oil
4 potatoes, peeled and sliced 7,5 mm thick
salt and pepper
chopped parsley
