Ruoka, tuo fetapiirakka siis, oli oikein hyvää, vaikka ohje olikin yhtä järjettömästi aseteltu kuin saman sarjan muissa kirjoissa. Ohjeen tulkitsemiseen tarvitsin apua, sillä englantini ei taipunut filotaikinan jokaiseen mutkaan. Tein jälleen puolikkaan annoksen. Suosittelen kokeilemaan!
Method:
1. Pre heat oven to 180 C.
2.Heat 15 ml oil ina large frying pan, add leek and carlic, and cook five minutes or until soft. Set aside.
3. Heat extra oil, add chicken in batches, and cook for 6-8 minutes.
4. Drain spinach, squeeze out excess water, and chop roughly.
5. In a large bowl, combine chicken, spinach, bell pepper, olives, feta, parsley oregano, eggs, cream and pepper. Stir until well combined. Set aside.
6. Lightly grease 22 cm square baking pan. Combine the extra oil and butter. Lay out sheets of filo, put two together, and brush with the oil mixture. Put another two on to, and brush again. Continue untill you have four double sheets. Line the baking dish with thw filo, and trim around the edges. Fill with the chicken mixture. Brush the remaining sheets with oil in the same wau as before, using the same amount. Place the filo on top of the baking dish, tucking the edges inside baking dish.
7. Brush the top with the oil mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes.

30 ml olive oil
1 large leek, washed and sliced
1 clove carlic, crushed
500 g chicken breasta, diced
1 bunch spinach, washed and blanched (laitoin 1/2 annokseen kaupasta ostetun muovipussillisen)
2 red bell peppers, roasted and dised (en paahtanut)
40 g black olives (oli 6 kpl)
200 g feta cheese, crumled
Chicken, roasted bell pepper, olive & feta pie
30 g parsley (sopivasti)
15 oregano (sopivasti)
3 eggs
60 ml heavy cream (käytin ruokakermaa)
freshly ground pepper
8-16 sheets filo dough
15 ml olive oil
15 g butter, melted
1 tbsp sesameseeds.
